Do you offer a Trade discount?
Yes! For Interior Designers who order frames with us 3 times we offer a 10% ongoing discount.
Do we use glass?
We use 99% UV blocking clear acrylic.
Are frames ready to hang?
Yes! Our frames include bumpers and Beehive Hanging Hardware, and revolutionary way to hang without making unnecessary holes in the wall.
What kind of paper do we use?
Our prints are printed on a beautiful German archival museum etched paper with inks guaranteed to keep their brilliance for over 200 years.
What’s the turnaround time?
Our pieces are custom-made in the USA and take four-six weeks to make. Our orders take longer during the holidays and will be subject to a holiday ordering deadline.
Why are we so expensive?
Our products are made front to back with archival materials from one of the best photographic printmakers in the United States. They are guaranteed to last a lifetime from fading. These pieces are truly works of art and are meant to be viewed as an investment in your most precious memories.
Do you offer other sizes?
Yes! Because we are a custom order printer and framer we can print in most sizes.
What resolution and file types do you require?
We need a .jpg image file that is 300 dpi to print a full resolution print
Do you require a signature for delivery?
Yes, because of the investment level of our pieces we do require a signature.
Do you offer frames that are not shown?
Yes! Please see the Design page for additional information on custom projects.
Will you edit my photo?
No, photographs will not be edited or altered from the original exactly as they are uploaded
Do we need a print release?
Yes, it is the responsibility of the client or purchaser to verify full print rights have been released for any professional photographs being submitted. Please see Terms and Conditions upon checkout.
Can we see a final mockup?
Yes, for images that require a crop or a multi-image collage we will send a final mockup prior to submitting for print.
What color space do you recommend?
Please submit your images in sRGB color profile. This is the standard profile used when printing .jpg images.
